A 2021 PS5 and PS4 action RPG is not only going offline, but it’s also being delisted on all storefronts including the PS Store. Tuque Games and Wizards of the Coast have announced that Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance will go offline on February 24, 2025.
PS5, PS4 action RPG D&D: Dark Alliance has quite a few multiplayer trophies
Those who’ve already purchased D&D: Dark Alliance and/or its DLC will still be able to access offline content after February 2025. Beyond that date, however, servers will go offline and new players won’t be able to make a purchase.
“We will be shutting down (shut down) the Dark Alliance servers on 2/24/2025 and it will no longer be available to purchase starting that day,” reads a notice on the PS Store. “The base game and all DLC are still available to play in offline single player by anyone who currently owns it.”
Considering Dark Alliance has quite a few online trophies, those who want to pop the Platinum should begin working on them right away.
D&D: Dark Alliance released to middling critical and commercial reception. Its PS5 version holds a score of 57/100 on Metacritic. For some reason, despite its impending delisting, Dark Alliance is not included in the latest PS Store sale. Those who want to purchase the game will have to fork out $29.99 for the standard version and $49.99 for the Deluxe Edition.
