This is the final week of PS Store’s Holiday Sale. Players can ring in the new year by saving up to 75% on some of the most popular games for PS4 and PS5. This includes a hit shooter that some would argue was the best in its genre last console generation.
Titanfall 2 is less than $2 on the PS Store right now
Yes, the critical hit by EA Games and Respawn Entertainment, Titanfall 2, is only $1.99. This is a 90% discount from its typical $19.99 price point, a steal for what is arguably one of the greatest first person shooter campaigns of all time. Anyone who has not picked it up should check it out. This offer ends on January 18, 2025.

Critically, Titanfall 2 did very well when it launched in 2016. It received an 89 on review aggregate website Metacritic. It received plenty of love during the year-end award season. At The Game Awards, it was nominated for several categories, including Game of the Year. However, despite its critical acclaim, it did not do well in sales. Much of the blame for its poor performance is due to its release between popular shooters Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
